Learn-by-doing exercises help you stop spinning in the mind space. It’s easy to talk shop and get lost in theory but it takes guts to directly move into the DOING— which is probably the most fun and important part! All that theory is useless if you can’t take the reins for yourself.
While I use many tools, this doesn’t mean you need to also be a specialist in any single tool. You are welcome to bring in a specific tool you want to learn or improve upon as part of the intent of our work together, but by no means is any knowledge of tools (i.e. astrology, divination) needed to start!
Regular biweekly sessions create a structure for ongoing accountability. Along with the online modules (which are weekly) this consistent and intentional multi-media engagement helps maintain momentum. The goal is to preventing you from falling back into old patterns of self-sabotoge or procrastination. This mentorship is specifically structured so you don’t lose sight of your own intentions/commitments, and that you always have an exciting challenge to work towards.
This depth of work leads to more profound, sustainable transformations that go beyond surface-level changes. This also includes a much more intimate relationship with your own subconscious mind, as well as the collective subconscious. These aspects connect you to a taproot of inner strength and clarity that is readily available on-demand. This means you are able to access this level of depth more readily for yourself, long after this mentorship container concludes.
You receive 2 free integration calls to support your progress after the program ends. It's recommended to schedule these 30-minute calls one month apart. This approach helps you smoothly transition and continue refining important skills for steady growth.
The new Intuition Project Lab is included as a core part of the Develop Your Intuition 12-week mentorship.
You don’t have to know what the project is yet, or maybe you already have an idea bubbling in the back of your mind. Either way, what better way to integrate your learning than a project where you get to apply it IRL.
