Core Principles I hold as your Spiritual Guide

Let's clear something up from the start: in our work together, there is no such thing as "doing it wrong."

In a world full of spiritual "shoulds" and prescribed paths, I believe true soul growth springs from a place of permission, not pressure.

The principles I hold as your guide are designed to create a container of safety and curiosity, where your personal revelations carry more weight than my own personal views or any one external set of doctrine. This doesn’t mean you won’t be challenged! But it does mean our work is just the starting place—for you to apply, adapt, play and experiment as you discover your own authentic flavor of the practice.

Following are the principles:

  1. I want to create sacred space for you to learn and come to your own conclusions at your own pace, without pressure or fear of "doing it wrong." While most of my content might be structured as instructive none of it is actually useful if you aren’t able to apply, adapt, experiment and try on your own version of the practices and concepts. I will always help you figure out your unique flavor of this work, on your own terms.

  2. While I always strive to create a safe container, I respect you enough to be honest rather than just "nice." I am kind, not just nice. You pay me too much for me to just be nice. Safe space, at least to me, doesn’t mean I just let you sit in your own disempowerment. I will call you INTO your power...with the most love and respect of course.

  3. It's my hope that you use what you learn with me as only a launching pad into the next stage of your personal practice/path. You are encouraged to build your own body of knowledge, mythos, wisdom, tools that reflect your soul. While we will be working together to build that together, hopefully you are continuing to do that loonngggg after I’m out of the picture.

  4. I’m here to work myself out of a job. (And I really mean that…I even have a whole tiktok rant about this) Sure you don’t know what you don’t know, but this isn’t about building dependency on me to tell you what to do (as that would defeat the purpose of building your relationship to your intuition). I want you to succeed and grow beyond my ability to help you!

  5. I honor the unique soul expression of the universe that you are. That includes the soul mission and purpose you are here to embody. I’ts my greatest honor to join you in your curiosities and go with you towards any or all the different spiritual traditions you are attracted to or belong to. (No judgement here, I welcome those of all backgrounds and faith traditions!)

  6. I actually don't want you to take anything I say as “absolute truth”, even if I’m confident saying it. Just because it’s truth to me, doesn’t mean it will always apply to you. I will always tell you to use your own discernment to determine what resonates with you, and don’t let me tell you otherwise if your intuition already knows. You always have the final say on truth in your life.

  7. I’d much rather teach you how to fish than to give you the fish. Equipping you with what you need to keep doing the work is a priority and likley a bit different than other mentors or coaches who might be more than happy to only give you the fish but never the skills to do it yourself. I love DIY culture, and that is something I hope reflects in my process.

  8. Everything I teach and coach upon, I do my best to embody. I hold myself to the same standards I hold for others, this means no double-standards nor weird hierarchical teacher-student-y dynamics that comes with it. In fact, I welcome role-reversals. You are a teacher in your own right. You are teaching me as well. You carry wisdom to share, and I’d love to mirror it back and provide a ‘classroom’ to help you discover the depths of it.

  9. I don’t give advice that I wouldn’t take myself, but I've found it's more effective to let you reach transformation by moving through the process by trusting it. You already have all the answers within. I’ll support and guide you along the way however, I will challenge you to think/act from your highest self.

  10. I recognize that you have a complex history, a constellation of stories, struggles, and victories. Simply put: no need to compartmentalize. Come as fully yourself. There is space here for you wholeness. It’s my job here to support you on your journey in a way that feels good to you. And that is ALWAY going to be my #1 goal.
