DISCLAIMER FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES AGREEMENT

For the "8-Week Intuitive Guidance Container"

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR PARTICIPATING IN THIS SERVICE. BY PURCHASING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.

This Agreement is entered into between Christina Soul Services,LLC ("Practitioner”) and the individual client ("Client") who purchases the “4 Intuitive Readings Package” (the "Package").

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Practitioner agrees to provide the Client with a package consisting of four (4) intuitive readings (the "Sessions"). The terms of the Sessions are as follows:

  • Duration: The Package is valid for a strict period of eight (8) weeks, beginning on the date of the first scheduled Session.

  • Cadence: Sessions will be held on a biweekly basis (approximately once every two weeks).

  • Length: Each Session is scheduled for seventy-five (75) minutes.

  • Format: Sessions will be conducted via Pensight Video or Zoom, depending on Client’s preference.

2. FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
The Client understands and agrees that all Sessions provided by the Practitioner are for entertainment purposes only. The information provided during the readings is subjective and should not be construed as advice of any kind.

3. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The Client acknowledges that the Services provided are not a substitute for:

  • Therapy or Counseling: The Practitioner is not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or counselor, and these Sessions do not constitute mental health care or therapy.

  • Medical Advice: The Practitioner is not a medical professional. Any information provided is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

  • Legal or Financial Advice: The Practitioner is not an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor.

The Client agrees to seek appropriate professional help from a licensed professional for any medical, legal, financial, or mental health concerns.

4. NO GUARANTEES AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Client expressly agrees that they participate in these Sessions at their own risk. The Practitioner makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind regarding:

  • Accuracy: The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided during a reading. The Practitioner cannot guarantee that the messages received will be correct during the session or as time passes after the session.

  • Client’s Desired Outcome: The Practitioner cannot guarantee that the Client will receive the specific messages, answers, or guidance they are intending for or seeking.

  • Client’s Actions: The Practitioner shall not be held responsible or liable for any actions, behaviors, reactions, decisions, or consequences taken or not taken by the Client based on the information provided during the Sessions.

  • Coincidental Information: If any information provided appears to be accurate or predictive, it is by coincidence only.

5. COMMUNICATION AND COACHING BETWEEN SESSIONS
To maintain the integrity of the container and the Practitioner’s schedule, the Client agrees to the following communication boundaries:

  • No Coaching or Mentorship Between Sessions: The Practitioner is not obligated to provide any correspondence, coaching, mentorship or discussion regarding the content of the readings between Sessions.

  • Scope of Communication: The Client should not expect any communication from the Practitioner outside of scheduled Sessions unless it pertains strictly to:

    • Scheduling or rescheduling a Session.

    • Customer service inquiries (e.g., technical issues, payment questions).

    • Logistical matters (e.g., providing a meeting link).

All discussion regarding the content of a reading must take place during the designated 75-minute Session.

6. SESSION DURATION
The Practitioner reserves the right to lengthen or shorten a Session, provided that the Client gives their consent at that time. The goal will be to complete the energetic work in a way that feels complete, while respecting the Client's time and energy.

7. PAYMENT TERMS
The total cost for the 8-Week Intuitive Guidance Container is $888.
The Client may choose from the following payment options:

  • Option A: Payment In Full. The full amount of $888 is due prior to the first scheduled Session.

  • Option B: Payment Plan. The Client may pay in four (4) installments of $222.

    • The first payment is due prior to the first scheduled Session.

    • The subsequent three payments are due every two (2) weeks thereafter, regardless of whether a Session has occurred in that period.

8. LATE PAYMENTS & HALT OF SERVICES
Time is of the essence for this Agreement. If the Client opts for the Payment Plan, they agree to make all payments on or before the due date.

  • Halt of Services: If any payment is not received by the due date, the Practitioner reserves the right to immediately halt all services.

  • Suspension of Package: All remaining Sessions in the Package will be suspended until the past-due balance is paid in full.

  • No Refunds for Missed Time: The Practitioner is not responsible for making up Sessions that were missed due to a halt in services caused by late payment, and the 8-week container will not be extended unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. NO REFUNDS: SCHEDULING AND FLEXIBILITY
The Client understands that this Package is a time-sensitive container designed to be completed within a strict 8-week period.

  • Mutual Scheduling: The Practitioner agrees to make a good faith effort to accommodate the Client's schedule when booking Sessions.

  • Client Responsibility: It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure they have the availability and flexibility to schedule and attend all four (4) Sessions within the 8-week window, in coordination with the Practitioner’s available time slots.

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of this service and the reservation of the Practitioner's time, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES if the Client is unable to complete the Package within the 8-week timeframe, whether due to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or any other reason. By purchasing this Package, the Client accepts full responsibility for committing to this timeline.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided during the Sessions, including but not limited to intuitive insights, materials, and guidance, is the intellectual property of the Practitioner and is for the Client's personal use only. The Client may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share the content of the Sessions without the express written consent of the Practitioner.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner (including its employees, affiliates, and assigns) shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the Services provided under this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Client’s sole remedy is to discontinue the Services and request a refund for any unused Sessions (if applicable under the Cancellation Policy).

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Practitioner and the Client regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
By reading and by purchasing this Package, I, the Client, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. I am aware that this is a legally binding contract.
