Intuition Project Lab 12-Week Program Agreement

Program Name: Intuition Project Lab

Mentor: Christina Soul Services, LLC

Program Duration: 12 Weeks

The Intuition Project Lab is a 12-week private mentorship program designed to help clients work on a project of their choosing, develop their intuition and get the spiritual, emotional and mindset support needed to make progress on their goals. This is done through one-on-one sessions, an online course curriculum, and personalized support throughout the program’s duration.

1. SERVICES

The Mentor agrees to provide an 12-week private mentorship program (the “Program”), which includes:

1. Twelve (12) private calls (45 minutes each), conducted weekly on Pensight or Zoom, depending on the preference.

2. Full access to the Intuition 101 Online Course, subject to terms and conditions of the course agreement found under the ‘Start Here’ section of the Pensight course portal.

3. Email support available during business hours Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (USA). Please allow 24-48 hours for a response, reserving the right to respond outside of these business hours if available. These are used for additional guidance, support and ongoing feedback tailored to the client’s goals.

2. SCHEDULE

Calls: Mentorship calls will be scheduled in advance and conducted via Pensight Video or Zoom

Rescheduling: The client must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Missed calls or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Vacation or Time-Off Policy:This mentorship program is structured as a 12-week engagement but if either party (including client) requires time off during the program, missed sessions may be rescheduled at the mutual availability of both parties, extending the program end date as needed. All mentorship objectives must be completed within a reasonable additional timeframe (not to exceed 2 weeks beyond the original end date, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon). Client agrees to provide reasonable notice for planned absences and vacations and to make diligent efforts to fulfill program requirements.

Asynchronous Communication: Mentor agrees to provide asynchronous support to the client through email. Mentor’s availability for responses shall be limited to: Monday through Thursday Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (USA) Messages received within business hours will be addressed within 24–48 hours of receipt, at Mentor’s discretion. Messages received outside of business hours will typically be addressed on the following business day. Mentor is not obligated to respond outside the stated business hours or on weekends/holidays.

3. FEES & PAYMENT

Total Cost: $2,222 (USD) payable in full or through the following payment plans though Stripe via The Pensight App’s POS system.

Payment Plan: The Client acknowledges that they have opted into one of the following recurring payment plans (the "Plan"):

  • 6-Month Plan: A total of six (6) equal, recurring monthly payments of $370.50 USD.

  • 12-Month Plan: A total of twelve (12) equal, recurring monthly payments of $185.25 USD.

The initial payment under the selected Plan is due upon execution of this Agreement. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each following month from purchase date, until the total Plan balance is paid in full.

Obligation to Pay Full Balance: The Client expressly agrees to complete all payments under the selected Plan. By electing a 6 or 12-month payment schedule, the Client is entering into a legally binding commitment to pay the total contract value, which is the sum of all monthly installments. Early prepayment of the remaining balance is permitted and welcome upon written request to the Mentor.

Consequences of Non-Payment (Default) Time is of the essence for all payments. If a monthly payment is not successfully processed by the due date, the payment will be considered past due. If the payment is not received within 15 calendar days of the due date, the Client will be in default of this Agreement.

Upon default, the Mentor reserves the right to immediately suspend the delivery of all services and work product. If the overdue payment is not satisfied within 15 calendar days of the due date, this Agreement and the corresponding working relationship will be terminated. The Client remains fully liable for the outstanding balance of all payments due up to the date of termination, including the final payment for the final month of service, if applicable.

Promotional Offers and Coupons: From time to time, the Mentor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer promotional discounts, coupons, or customized rates (collectively, "Promotions") to specific clients. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • a. Discretionary Nature: The Mentor reserves the right to create, modify, or discontinue any Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

  • b. No Entitlement: Any Promotion offered to one client or group of clients does not create an entitlement or obligation for the Mentor to offer the same or similar Promotion to any other current or future client.

  • c. Specific Terms: All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth at the time of issuance (e.g., expiration dates, one-time use). In the event of any conflict between the terms of a Promotion and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Mentor.

4. REFUND POLICY

Once the client has read the Agreement and provided electronic consent, all payments become non-refundable and the Client is fully responsible for the remaining balance of the Program Fee, if applicable.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Client Information: The Mentor agrees to maintain confidentiality of all personal information shared during the Program unless granted permission to do so, except as required by law.

Mentor Materials: The client agrees to respect the Mentor’s intellectual property, including but not limited to videos, strategies, frameworks, worksheets, and proprietary resources shared during the Program unless granted explicit permission to do so. 

6. EXPECTATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Mentor provides support and guidance but does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

The Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

The Program is not a replacement for therapy, counseling, medical or legal advice.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for services rendered, missed sessions, or unused email support, unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the U.S. law without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Mentor and the Client with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral. 

By purchasing and proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
